OVERVIEW

With over 300 partners and 1100 lawyers worldwide, Taylor Wessing ranks in the top 20 UK law firms. Their existing digital platform was no longer fit for purpose; as such, they were looking for an agency to help with a full scale global rebrand and website transformation project. The programme of work with Taylor Wessing saw us deliver both a new brand experience and proposition, as well as a complete restructure of their global website on Sitecore.

STRATEGY

One of the main project deliverables was to consolidate a dozen regional sub-domain sites into one truly global platform, whilst providing individual jurisdiction the capability to present distinct services and specialism. As part of our discovery process, we consulted with partners, the global board as well as the firm’s clients. This allowed us to map the journey that potential new clients would take, gather all user requirements including must-have content, and design a unified information architecture for the new global application.

DESIGN

We had two teams work in parallel, one developing the new brand and another working alongside considering the UX and UI of the new site. This provided the business with digital-first creative ideas which could quickly be applied and stress-tested in actual designs. As part of the design strategy, we also implemented personalisation, tweaking journeys based on behaviour and surfacing region-specific content depending on the user’s location.

TECHNOLOGY

Taylor Wessing had an existing development partner who advised the firm on selecting Sitecore as their CMS platform of choice. We worked closely with the 3rd-party agency to ensure the design concepts were being brought to life as intended, providing support throughout the build stage and factoring design QA prior to launch.
