Tangent are proud to be approved suppliers across Crown Commercial Service key digital and technology frameworks. Each represents a real marker of trust and a route to doing meaningful work in the public sector. Here is what each framework stands for and why being on it matters to Tangent.

Technology Services 4 (TS4)

TS4 is the UK government's primary route for procuring technology services, covering everything from digital strategy and consultancy through to application development, infrastructure, and AI and automation. It launched in December 2025 and runs for up to eight years.

Being on TS4 puts us alongside the partners government trusts most to deliver at scale. For us it is recognition that our approach to technology delivery, grounded in real outcomes rather than technical theatre, is the right fit for how public sector organisations need to work.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7)

DOS7 covers outcome based digital projects and specialist digital capability. It supports delivery at every stage of the government service lifecycle from discovery, alpha and beta through to live.

DOS7 is one of the most established digital procurement frameworks in government and we are genuinely pleased to be part of it. It reflects the way we already work, starting with the problem, building incrementally and measuring what changes for users.

AI Dynamic Purchasing System (AI DPS)

https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6200

The AI DPS is designed for organisations buying AI services, covering discovery and consultancy, implementation and support, and end to end AI partnerships. Unlike a traditional framework it stays open to new suppliers throughout its life, which keeps the market competitive and current. It is built with ethics and governance front of mind and requires suppliers to align with the government's Data Ethics Framework and AI procurement guidelines.

AI delivered right in public services has the potential to genuinely improve people's lives. Being recognised as a trusted supplier on the AI DPS is a signal that we are set up to do that responsibly as well as effectively.
