OVERVIEW

Vodafone Business serves thousands of customers across the UK, offering a wide range of connectivity and device services. But their digital estate was not as easy to use or navigate as customers needed, slowing down decision-making and obscuring the value of its offering.

To rejuvenate Vodafone Business' digital presence, we adopted a dual-pronged approach: a series of immediate tactical enhancements married with a forward-thinking strategic overhaul.

DESIGN

We focused on immediate enhancements to the homepage, navigation, and core user flows for Vodafone’s mix of business customers. By integrating existing components, we were able to deliver rapid and effective changes that significantly improved the user experience.

After these more tactical changes were over the line, the scene was set for longer-term vision setting. This future vision was not just about incremental improvements but about reimagining the entire digital experience from the ground up. This meant prototyping several innovative solutions to gather customer insights iteratively based on real user feedback.

STRATEGY

Our strategic plan included a comprehensive redesign (overhauling the homepage, navigation and user flows to be more customer-centric), as well as more advanced routes to personalisation and interactivity through service options like chat support and virtual consultations.  We also proposed a flexible, scalable design framework that can adapt and grow with Vodafone’s evolving needs.

This transformation is poised to create a digital experience that is not just incrementally better, but differentiated whilst being aligned with customer needs. As we roll out these ongoing tactical changes, we are also setting the stage for ambitious, long-term innovation that will redefine the way customers interact with Vodafone Business online.
