Leigh Gammons
CEO
Leigh has 15+ years of experience leading global businesses for FTSE 100 companies, boutique consultancies, and agencies. His consultancy background focuses on executive management, customer experience, and technology, working with clients like HSBC, Ford, Unilever, and Coca-Cola. A leading figure in the digital sector, he speaks at industry events, supports diversity and inclusion, and serves on advisory councils for Microsoft, Adobe, and Sitecore.
Caroline Goodwin
COO
Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in digital experience and platform development. She has led diverse projects from the delivery of HSBC.com to the redesign of the IWG customer portal app. She has also worked on a number of service design projects for the likes of the Co-operative and Dulux. Caroline is a certified SCRUM master.
Andy Eva-Dale
CTO
Andy has over 15 years application development experience; working with organisations such as the London Stock Exchange, BAE Systems and WPP. During this time, he has worked across full stacks; scoping, designing, documenting and delivering award-winning, large enterprise standard products on a global scale. Andy has certifications in multiple technologies, has delivered talks on emerging technologies and is an active member of various communities.
Nadine Clarke
Strategy Partner
With experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing, Nadine helps deliver strategic direction of the agency’s projects. Having worked at Tangent for over 10 years, she’s a trusted partner to clients. Her pragmatic and ‘get stuff done’ approach has seen tackle a range of briefs, from brand propositions to digital priority roadmaps. Sometimes, in the same day.
Richard Trigg
Design Partner
If you like chatting about removing assumption from the design process – you’d probably enjoy a pint or two with Rich! Working with scaleups and blue chip companies alike, Rich has seen his fair share of eventful board meetings, creative tantrums and best guesses proved wrong throughout the years. Rich leads the design team to deliver not only useful but aesthetically pleasing solutions for our clients.
Oli Green
Chairman
As the Chairman of Tangent, Oli is responsible for setting company strategy and managing the leadership team. Oli works across all of Tangent’s client portfolio and has experience working with a range of client sectors including Technology, Media, FMCG, Telecoms and Retail. Oli was included in the British Interactive Media Association’s (BIMA) Top 100 List and is a regular commentator on UK digital media and marketing.

Director
Theo brings a blend of experience in technology, finance, and strategic investment to Tangent. With a background in private equity gained at Brockton Everlast, Theo supports in identifying promising opportunities for Tangent's growth.
Andy Aidoo
QA Manager
Andy is a certified 'Advanced Test Manager', with well over a decade of QA experience across different domains ranging from Music streaming services right through to Mobile operating systems. Now settled within the warm embrace of agency life, Andy A now has to contend with struggling to think of things to write for a bio and watching his hair slowly turn grey. But on the plus side he does get to break software for a living.
Sian McLachlan
Head of Project Management
Sian, our Head of Project Management, empowers our team to meet client ambitions. She has led teams for over 15 years, delivering innovative work for giants like Nike, Emirates, and Versace. Her experience spans digital delivery, including websites, apps, content, and media. She guides our PMs to transcend spreadsheets and schedules, refining processes and fostering space for creative and technical excellence.
James Scott-Flanagan
Head of Consulting
With 8 years of experience, James leads our 'Business Architecture & Change' capability where we help clients successfully transform their organisations in-line with their business ambitions. He has designed complex digital operating models and delivered large-scale change programmes, ensuring businesses meet internal and customer demands. James has diverse experience across industries, with notable projects for The Coca-Cola Company, Mazda, and GSK.
Mike Sinnott
Head of Backend Development
With 12+ years experience in the industry, Mike has fantastic knowledge of enterprise systems and websites. Having worked with Umbraco, Episerver (now Optimizely) and Sitecore, Mike is well versed in Content Management Systems of different flavours. Mike's passion lies in delivering the very best for clients, showing outstanding work with the likes of UK Power Networks, Vue Cinemas, LV= and NSPCC.
Nicola Wilson
Lead Designer
With 15+ years of expertise in strategy, research, and design, Nicola creates meaningful solutions for emerging and established businesses. She works across sectors creating smart, compassionate solutions; from the UK’s first digital renewable energy provider to a tech for good platform that has generated over £6 billion for worldwide causes. She’s passionate about enhancing the interface between customer and business to improve communication.
Chris King
Associate Technical Director
With more than 15 years of professional experience in the technical field, Chris has extensive experience across many aspects of technical delivery and leadership, from Developer to Technical Architect and now Associate Director. Despite having oversight over technical delivery and acting at a high level on project work, Chris still remains hands on, often contributing and providing oversight with DevOps and Technical Architecture. Chris is also a keen supporter of open source technologies and remains to be active in this community along with being a self confessed Linux enthusiast.
Anita Savage
Programme Director
Anita brings eight years of project and account management experience, delivering diverse programs for clients including Wolseley, Tommy’s, IWG, bodo, and Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. She excels in providing bespoke solutions across product design, technical build, and maintenance, fostering strong cross-discipline team and client relationships. Anita prioritises transparent collaboration and empowers teams to excel. Passionate about guiding and leading others, she ensures projects run smoothly and effectively.
Anthony Winter
Front-End Lead
With over ten years of professional experience, Anth has a proven track record of working with startups and digital agencies. His passion lies in the development of websites that prioritise user-friendliness and accessibility while also being secure and performant. In addition to front-end development, Anth enjoys tinkering with DevOps and network infrastructure, and is always eager to learn and experiment.

With more than 7 years of experience, Storm is a seasoned Full-stack engineer and Technical Architect. He specialises in developing and architecting scalable and efficient enterprise solution from software development to cloud infrastructure and data architecture and management. Storm is passionate about creating holistic and pragmatic systems to yield the greatest benefit to a businesses goals and objectives.
Ollie Bull

Ollie has 8+ years of expertise designing data-driven customer experiences to empower our clients to meet their business goals, future vision and drive strategic change. During his time in high-growth scale ups across automotive, fintech and healthcare, Ollie has had first hand experience of developing customer centric product visions with incremental delivery and conversion driven roadmaps.
